Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use PSC Vault. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us immediately at support@pscvault.app if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the question bank or any part of the service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code.
• Interfere with the operation of the service, its security features, or other users’ enjoyment.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Use automated means (bots, crawlers) without our written permission.

All content in the app — questions, explanations, analytics, branding — is owned by PSC Vault or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial exam preparation only.

• Premium is billed at ₹99 per month via Razorpay unless otherwise stated in the app.
• Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy, PSC Vault does not guarantee that questions, answer keys, or analytics are error-free, or that they reflect the current official Kerala PSC syllabus. Nothing in the app should be treated as legal, academic, or career advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSC Vault and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if we discontinue the product. You may terminate your account at any time via the Account Deletion page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
